I purchased this item through amazon from this site and they shipped it to the wrong address. The item was shipped back and amazon put me in contact with the store. I have now been waiting 3 weeks for a simple update on the package that was supposed to be a friends gift 2 weeks ago now. The product is, I’m assuming since I haven’t received mine yet, is amazing, but the company’s handling of issues is just awful.
